Iconnectu was born at a networking event where company founder Chelle Allen – who at the time was working for another company – was helping a new client connect within the community to ensure their upcoming Grand Opening was a huge success. A fellow colleague approached and said, “You know Chelle Allen? She is the Networking Queen!” Just then, a light bulb went off and she realized she could do much more for her clients as a small business owner herself.
Since that day, Chelle and her team have mastered the art of “listening” to exactly what the client needs, connecting them to the very best resources, and staying in touch to ensure the connection, and the relationship, are BOTH solid. iconnectu is focused solely on growing its people, its clients, and the community. By working in tandem to find needs, and fill them with the very best solutions, iconnectu can easily guarantee growth far into the future.

Founder
Chelle Allen, visionary of iconnectu’s mission to fill the needs of the world with corporate resources, worked for Fortune 100 companies including Walt Disney World, Marriott and Paychex. After reaching the pinnacle of her career in hospitality, Chelle set her sights on sales. Paychex Corporation, the leading Sales Training company in the world, provided the expertise, the dedication to excellence and the ability to serve small businesses and the community. During her three-year tenure at Paychex, Chelle achieved double-digit growth using grass roots sales techniques and face-to-face service. She served in both the Manatee Chamber of Commerce as a member of the Better Business Council for four years and attended Manatee Leadership in 2008. The Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance was growing rapidly, and Chelle served in a leadership role on both the Public Relations Committee and the Board of Directors for one year. Finally, and most rewarding, Chelle was on the Board of Directors for Community Haven for Adult and Children with Disabilities for five years, serving as Board Chairwoman for two of those years. Taking special care of the special needs community was incredibly rewarding and Chelle loved to “rock the babies” before every meeting.
These experiences led Chelle to build iconnectu in 2009 and utilize her training, talent, leadership and dedication to excellence to serve all business owners she met. The firm quickly grew as an extension of the community’s need to find more business, connect to the very best solution, and grow organically. In 2011 the firm expanded its imprint to Tampa, then Tallahassee, FL and this quickly launched them into a national forum. Presently, iconnectu serves clients as far west as Los Angeles, CA and Seattle, WA and as far north as Travis City, MI. We are coast to coast. Chelle looks forward to growing each of these markets and introducing all three of iconnectu’s unique product models. Her vision of creating a world free from hunger, oppression, and greed guides all she does including the future formation of iconnectu Foundation that will connect the corporate excess to the non-profit needs around the globe. Chelle’s daughter, Natalie Fabbiani, is slated to serve in that Foundation and the legacy will continue.

Chelle is a proud mother working diligently to achieve her dream of building better businesses for the greater good. When not running iconnectu, she loves studying God’s word, the sport of swimming, skiing, reading, knitting and boating.
